Tuesday June 21 - Last Day

On the evening of Monday, June 20th we had a talent show.  Luckily (for the teachers) there are no photos or videos!  The students are very talented - from art to magic, to singing, to dancing the evening did not disappoint.   We enjoyed our final day at TSS - cleaning, packing, hiking, reflecting and enjoying. It was a fantastic week. 

June 18-20 Camping!

Three days and two nights of camping, exploring, learning and connecting.  Our campsite was great and we had some exciting thunderstorms, cold temperatures, hail and heavy rain at night.  On a rainy morning we explored the The National Museum of Wildlife Art, and later went Craig Thomas Discovery & Visitor Center.

Today's major activities: Canoeing in Grand Teton on String Lake, then a hike to Jenny Lake.  One group saw a moose on the hike.  We all had beautiful views. Learning today focused on geology, fire ecology, glaciers, and wilderness ethics.
